Arriving in Malaga

At what time is accommodation check-in and check-out?

Our Intensive general Spanish courses run every week from Monday to Friday. Our shared accommodation is available from 14:00h the Sunday prior to the start of the classes and must be vacated at 11:00am the Saturday after the end of the Spanish classes. But you can have up to 2 extra days in case you would need for example for flight reasons (The price of the extra night depends on the type of accommodation but averages €35 per night.)

Arriving in Malaga

Malaga is very easy to get to. There are direct flights to Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP), from all over the world. Or, you can easily arrive in Malaga by train or bus.

In case you have accommodation with us you will receive your accommodation details before you arrive in Malaga. After arriving in Malaga, the best options are taking a taxi or the bus to your accommodation.

In addition to your Spanish course, at Cervantes Escuela Internacional we can offer accommodation and airport transportation services so you don't have to worry about a thing. Leave it all in our hands and we'll organize it for you!

Transport from/to the aiport

Option 1: Transfer service offered by Cervantes Escuela Internacional

An airport transfer with us can be arranged for you. You will then be met on your arrival at Malaga Airport and taken directly to your accommodation. Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport, we will send you all the details about the driver and where exactly you will find him a few days before your travel. It will cost €60 per way.

Option 2: Take a taxi on your own

As you exit the arrivals area in Terminal 3, you will see the taxi stand on your right. There are usually plenty of taxis waiting there. Everything is very organized. Someone will direct you to the next available taxi.

Most taxis are for 4 people, but there are some that can take 5, 7, or even 9 people. Some of the larger taxis are wheelchair accessible. All taxis have their own number on the side of the vehicle. It's a good idea to remember this number or take a photo of it in case you leave something in the taxi.

All taxis have a meter so you can see exactly the price you have to pay.
